C.O.N was founded by Pastor Rodney Coles, Sr. who is the Pastor and Founder of The Children Of God In Christ Church, located in Greenville, NC. Pastor Coles is supported by his wife Debra. C.O.N was formed in the fall of 2007 when Pastor Coles had a vision to outreach in the community, and for a group of Faith and community leaders to come together as one to form Churches Outreach Network.
