Churches Outreach Network – Bread and Cake Program Announcement Program Start Date: October 7, 2025

To all participating partners and volunteers:

As we launch the Bread and Cake Program, we ask for your full cooperation in maintaining accountability and integrity throughout the distribution process.

✅ Mandatory Sign-In Sheet Each time bread or cake is distributed, a sign-in sheet must be completed with the name of the individual receiving the items. This is required to prevent misuse, including attempts to return items to retail stores for refunds.

📧 Weekly Submission Deadline All completed sign-in sheets must be emailed to RodneyColes at rodneycon2007@gmail.com by Sunday of each week. This ensures proper tracking and continued participation.

⚠️ Failure to Comply Any failure to submit the required documentation may result in removal from the program.
